使用 Catch(下称「本服务」)即表示你同意本协议。请在登录前阅读。本服务面向软件开发者,与 Apple Inc. 无隶属关系,App Store、App Store Connect 是 Apple Inc. 的商标。

1. 本服务是什么

本服务为你提供一个专属地址,用于接收 Apple 发出的 App Store 服务器通知,验证其签名后推送到你的设备,并保存必要字段供你在 App 内查看;你也可以让本服务把原始通知转发到你自己的服务器。

2. 账号

• 你通过 Sign in with Apple 登录并创建账号,账号仅供你本人或你所在团队授权的人使用。
• 你的专属通知地址包含随机令牌,请妥善保管;泄露后可在 App 内重新生成,旧地址立即失效。
• 你可以随时在 App 内删除账号,服务端数据会立即删除且不可恢复。

3. 使用规范

• 只能把你拥有或经授权管理的 App 的通知指向本服务。
• 不得向本服务发送伪造、篡改的通知,不得探测、攻击、干扰本服务或其他用户,不得规避付费限制。
• 不得利用本服务从事违反法律或 Apple 开发者协议的行为。

4. 数据与隐私

我们如何收集、使用和保存数据见隐私政策,它是本协议的一部分。你为某个 App 设置转发地址后,该 App 的原始通知会被发送到你指定的服务器,由你自行负责其安全与合规。

5. 服务的性质与限制

• 推送依赖 Apple 的通知投递与推送服务,可能延迟、重复或偶尔丢失。本服务会尽力保证一条都不丢,但不做绝对保证。
• 本服务展示的金额是通知中的用户支付价,不含 Apple 分成与税费,不构成财务记录或对账依据,以 App Store Connect 的财务报告为准。
• 转发功能进入的是你自己的业务链路,请让你的服务端按 notificationUUID 去重并做好容错。
• 我们可能不定期维护、更新或调整功能,重大变更会在 App 或本页面公告。

6. 付费

本服务免费。为保证所有人可用,每个账号每天最多记录 1,000 条通知,超出部分当天不再入库和推送(转发不受影响)。未来若提供付费功能,会通过 App Store 内购完成并提前在本页公告。

7. 开源与自托管

本服务的服务端代码开源。你自行部署的实例由你自己运营,不适用本协议,也不由我们提供支持。

8. 免责与责任限制

本服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因通知延迟、丢失、错误展示、服务中断或你依据本服务数据做出的决策而产生的任何损失承担责任。无论如何,我们对你的全部责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内向本服务支付的费用。

9. 终止

你可以随时删除账号以终止本协议。若你违反本协议,我们可以暂停或终止你的账号,并视情况删除相关数据。

10. 协议变更与适用法律

本协议如有变更会在此页面更新并注明生效日期,变更后继续使用即视为接受。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律(不含港澳台地区法律);争议协商不成的,提交运营者所在地有管辖权的法院解决。

By using Catch ("the Service") you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing in. The Service is intended for software developers and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. App Store and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc.

1. What the Service does

The Service gives you a personal endpoint that receives App Store Server Notifications from Apple, verifies their signatures, pushes them to your devices and stores the essential fields so you can review them in the app. Optionally it forwards the raw notification to a server you control.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Sign in with Apple. Your account is for you or people authorized by your team.
• Your endpoint contains a random token. Keep it private; if it leaks, regenerate it in the app and the old one stops working immediately.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app; server data is removed immediately and irreversibly.

3. Acceptable use

• Only point notifications for apps you own or are authorized to manage at the Service.
• Do not send forged or tampered notifications, probe or attack the Service or other users, or circumvent paid limits.
• Do not use the Service for anything that violates the law or Apple's developer agreements.

4. Data and privacy

How we collect, use and retain data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. If you set a forwarding URL for an app, that app's raw notifications are sent to the server you specify; its security and compliance are your responsibility.

5. Nature and limits of the Service

• Delivery depends on Apple's notification and push services and may be delayed, duplicated or occasionally lost. We work hard to lose nothing but make no absolute guarantee.
• Amounts shown are the customer price from the notification, excluding Apple's commission and taxes. They are not financial records; rely on App Store Connect financial reports for accounting.
• Forwarding enters your own business pipeline: deduplicate by notificationUUID and handle failures on your side.
• We may maintain, update or change features from time to time; material changes are announced in the app or on this page.

6. Payment

The Service is free. To keep it available for everyone, each account can record at most 1,000 notifications per day; beyond that, notifications are not stored or pushed for the rest of the day (forwarding is unaffected). Any future paid features will be offered through App Store in-app purchase and announced on this page in advance.

7. Open source and self-hosting

The server component is open source. Instances you host yourself are operated by you, are not covered by these terms and are not supported by us.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from delayed, lost or incorrectly displayed notifications, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on data from the Service. In any event our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may end these terms at any time by deleting your account. If you breach these terms we may suspend or terminate your account and delete related data.

10. Changes and governing law

Changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan); disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation go to the competent court where the operator is located.
